  • During peak seasons (e.g., holidays, promotions), processing may take slightly longer.

8. Returns & Refunds (Shipping-Related)

  • Due to hygiene regulations, opened perfumes cannot be returned.

 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used perfumes (due to hygiene reasons)

  • Products without original packaging or seals

  • Items purchased during sales or promotions (unless defective)
